This is a 5-7 hour self-paced online training course designed for new CBU faculty. The course covers the basics associated with how we use the Canvas platform at CBU.

Modules include:

• Getting Started with Canvas

• Editing and Using the CBU Course Template

• Starting the Semester

• Setting Up Grades and Assignment Groups

• Creating Instructional Content and Learning Activities

• Adding Finishing Touches and Publishing

Faculty completing the course are awarded a digital badge that is specific to the training.

This is a 2-2.5 hour self-paced online training course designed for all CBU faculty. The course outlines the functionality of the DesignPlus suite of tools produced by CidiLabs.

Modules include:

• Introducing the DesignPlus Sidebar

• Creating a Basic Page with DesignPlus

• Editing an Existing Canvas Asset

• Using DesigPlus Tools to Improve Accessibility

• Using the DesignPlus Multi Tool

• Saving Time with DesignPlus Templates

• Using DesignPlus' Intermediate Level Tools

Faculty completing the course are awarded a digital badge that is specific to the training.
