Cengage in All-Access

For any course that is using Cengage, students will receive a Cengage Unlimited subscription through All Access, UNLESS they OPT OUT. The instructor is responsible for embedding the eTextbook or digital course (MindTap, WebAssign, etc.) into Canvas. Once they do this, an Enterprise License is tied to that course, or eTextbook, and students will not be prompted to pay or register an access code.

After the opt out deadline passes, Cengage will receive a list of students who opted out and we will remove their access to the Cengage materials in Canvas. Those students are then responsible for purchasing the materials on their own.

Faculty must setup eTextbook or digital course access in Canvas first, or students will not have anything to access.
